Storm-Ready Wifi Device

Comcast’s storm-ready WiFi device keeps customers online during power and network outages. I led the end-to-end design of the interface, independently gathering and synthesizing requirements through stakeholder interviews, technician questionnaires, and hands-on testing.

Over several months, I translated complex operational, technical, and customer needs into a clear, reliable experience for a first-of-its-kind internet backup product.

Tech Assistance

Comcast Technicians troubleshoot internet issues at customers’ premises with the Tech360 app. In 2022, millions of calls to the call center were made by technicians to assist manually with troubleshooting, costing millions of dollars. I designed the entire flow that will remedy this issue and offer self-service to the technicians entirely from the app.
